HOW WE WORK
We have adapted too and created a virtual studio to deliver mindfulness sessions, corporate yoga and guided meditation straight to your new home office. The sessions are designed to enhance employees' sense of belonging, help people build skillset required to manage stress, develop mindfulness skills and improve psychological well-being.
The programmes are delivered through online video group sessions on a weekly basis. We offer 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes live-streaming sessions to boost the energy in the morning, help people to keep going after lunch or relax after a long working day.
This initiative was created to support autonomous, driven, and passionate teams.
